When does my membership start?

Your membership begins the day you purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need right away.

How does payment work? Will I be charged every 1st of the month?

Yes — monthly members are billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Yearly members are billed once on their renewal date. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each cycle.

Is any physical product included?

The 1st Layer is a digital membership — no physical product is shipped. If you'd like monthly tumblers and more, check out The Inner Layer or The Full Unfold.

What are the loyalty rewards?

Month 3 unlocks a 20% off single-use reward (expires 30 days after issued, excludes discounted items, cannot combine with other offers). Month 6 brings a FREE subscriber-exclusive tumbler with individual custom design. Month 12 rewards you with 1 free month of The Inner Layer at a discounted rate for 2 additional months.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly members can cancel before their next billing date with no penalty. Yearly members can cancel before their renewal date. Please review our cancellation policy for full details.
