SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [14-21 business days] unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Custom or made-to-order items require additional processing time. Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, launches, or holidays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. Her Layers Unfold is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or international processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Her Layers Unfold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping insurance is recommended where available.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact herlayersunfold@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved damage claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Digital Products

 

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include shipping. No physical item will be sent.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
