Pricing & Payments

Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed.
Digital products and custom or personalized items cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun or files have been delivered.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the sale is final.
